Darlene, I'm afraid at Cornell it's the Wild West when it comes to this subject, and we don't have such a university-wide policy. HR definitely manages and upgrades the most extensive tool for learning management, which is, as far as I know, only for employees. I believe the academic tools used for student learning are "catch-as-catch-can." A lot use Blackboard.
