Pamina, Purdue University doesn't have a policy for our wellness program. We have a requirement that employees disclose during their benefit enrollment whether or not they are a tobacco user, but that is just listed as part of the enrollment paperwork and there's no policy that specifically talks about that requirement. Our on-campus clinic offers some no-cost wellness services for employees, which are outlined on their website here: http://www.purdue.edu/hr/CHL/no-cost_Wellness/index.html

Many thanks, Pamina ___________________________________________ [cid:[email protected]] Pamina M.
