Although we have a gym available to employees on campus, and provide other classes such as yoga and sculpt during working hours, we do not have a policy on our wellness program.

We have a requirement that employees disclose during their benefit enrollment whether or not they are a tobacco user, but that is just listed as part of the enrollment paperwork and there's no policy that specifically talks about that requirement. Our on-campus clinic offers some no-cost wellness services for employees, which are outlined on their website here: http://www.purdue.edu/hr/CHL/no-cost_Wellness/index.html Best Regards, Jessica Teets Coordinator, University Policy Office Purdue University 765-496-9634 From: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Pamina Deutsch Sent: Wednesday, June 08, 2016 3:49 PM To: Association of College and University Policy Administrators <[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>> Subject: [acupa-l] Wellness and fitness policies Good afternoon, I'm interested in knowing if other listserv members have institutional policies that discuss their wellness and fitness programs for staff and faculty and, if so, in seeing examples of those policies. Many thanks, Pamina ___________________________________________ [cid:[email protected]] Pamina M.
