There are two employee groups that cover this topic.

*Civil Service*

*11.5.12 Accumulated sick leave of up to 16 hours per year can be used by
an employee to participate in a personal health maintenance program (e.g.,
weight control, stress management, stop smoking). An acceptable program is
one which is sponsored by, offered by, or accepted by health, medical and
fitness/wellness professionals as a health maintenance program. Supervisory
approval is needed to schedule sick leave for such purposes.*

*Labor-represented*

*Accumulated sick leave, as approved by the supervisor, of up to two (2)
days per year can be used by an employee to participate in a personal
health maintenance program (e.g., weight control, stress management, stop
smoking). *
