Christine,
We are so fortunate for you to have been part of this group, and for us to
have had time to know you.  I'm hope you're excited about the "next
phase".  It sounds like quite the combination of interests!

And you're right, we do understand about policy work. Many people can't
fathom why we [policy wonks like to do what we do.  We guide by influence
not power, and depending on the governance structure, this can be really
hard. But when everything clicks and a whole University can find, and read,
and understand an administrative policy, it's a really good day.
