Hi Rachel, Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but in our Academic Catalog the student codes of conduct are referenced which mention, in part:
*The University of Phoenix has established a Student Code of Conduct. Students are expected to conduct themselves ethically, honestly, and with integrity as responsible members of the University's academic community. This requires the demonstration of mutual respect and civility in all University-related academic and professional discourse. ...* *Students are accountable for their actions and are required to work independently and collaboratively with teams in achieving learning goals and objectives. As a member of the University's academic community, students acknowledge and accept an obligation t o abide by the Student Code of Conduct. Conduct on or off campus which is determined to impair, interfere with, or obstruct the opportunities of others to learn, or which disrupts the mission, processes, or orderly functions of the University, will be deemed misconduct. A violation of the Student Code of Conduct will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action. * We don't get too specific, but the full content, including how charges of violations are processed, appears on page 110. https://www.phoenix.edu/content/dam/altcloud/doc/catalog/phoenix.pdf *Stacy Nykorchuk* Student Outcomes Manager 602-387-6170 Office of Military and Veteran Affairs 1625 W Fountainhead Pkwy, Tempe, AZ 85282 [email protected] On Mon, Jan 23, 2017 at 12:50 PM, Rachel Grace King <[email protected]> wrote: > Good Afternoon Colleagues, > > I am looking for examples of your policies that pertain to your freedom of > speech as it relates to what students can and can not say in a discussion > forum for an online class – not freedom of speech in general.
