Melinda, We don’t have any specific policies regarding flashing or rotating lights, though it appears that such lights are only used as alerting mechanisms for crosswalk signs and for emergency phone kiosks. However, our Pullman campus has a couple of policies in place regarding signage in our Business Policies and Procedures Manual:
