Tinu,

We're using PowerDMS and love it. Even our legal office and executive
administrators have used and approve. It was a year-long process of research
then roll out, but worth it. We did a matrix of several software options with
features, etc. We listened to demos from four or five. Very happy with our
final selection. A lot depends on what features are most important to you
(workflow, attestation, snazzy dashboard, etc). Feel free to reach out to us
directly for software vendor matrix or other questions.

Subject: [acupa-l] Policy Management Systems - High & Low Tech

Dear ACUPA,

Apologies in advance if this was already discussed recently - I am 3 ½ weeks
into my new position at Carolina and a newcomer to ACUPA.

I'm currently evaluating policy management systems. Would you mind sharing:

· "High tech" off the shelf system/platform/software you are using

· Any "low tech" system you are using (i.e., something created in-house
or didn't involve a purchase)

· Experiences with tech platforms now or in the past,
good/bad/indifferent

Thanks,
Tinu
