Cornell does not have any such program. Summer session is $1,360 per credit, no matter what. I'll be interested in hearing if others have a flat tuition program... For example, an undergraduate student, who is in good financial and academic standing, can take additional courses over the summer without incurring additional cost provided they have paid the flat tuition rate for that academic year.
