Anita:

UND's full-time tuition
rate<http://und.edu/admissions/student-account-services/tuition-rates.cfm> is
capped at 12 credits (fall and spring only) and nine credits for summer.
Tuition for online courses is not capped at 12 credits. This rate does not
include specialized programs (grad school, law school, med school, OT, PT,
etc.) or additional fees (program, course, mandatory, online/distance ed,
etc.). Changes to fees are governed by North Dakota University System's (NDUS)
State Board of Higher Education Policies
805.2<http://www.ndus.edu/makers/procedures/sbhe/default.asp?PID=24&SID=9> and
805.3<http://www.ndus.edu/makers/procedures/sbhe/default.asp?PID=182&SID=9>.
It's important to note that NDUS has formed a tuition and fees working group
and UND and North Dakota State University are identifying flat/differential
tuition for their institutions.

We currently have no incentive for graduation within/under four years.

Please contact me if you have additional questions.

Subject: Incentives to Complete Undergraduate Degree Requirements

Greetings, ACUPA:
Hope all is well where you are. It's rather rainy here in Washington, DC today.
Do any of your institutions have an annual flat tuition rate? For example, an
undergraduate student, who is in good financial and academic standing, can take
additional courses over the summer without incurring additional cost provided
they have paid the flat tuition rate for that academic year.

I am also interested in any incentives your intuitions may have to encourage
students to complete their undergraduate degrees in 4 years or sooner. Thanks
much.
