We’re also building a more formal process now. I’ve attached our flow diagram. We have a Policy Advisory Committee, which has broad representation from across the university. Members provide input on policies that affect them and ensure that their offices are aware of the policy activities that are under way. We also have a smaller executive committee, which includes our provost and other senior leadership, who sign off on any policy to make it final.
