We’re also building a more formal process now. I’ve attached our flow diagram.
We have a Policy Advisory Committee, which has broad representation from
across the university. Members provide input on policies that affect them and
ensure that their offices are aware of the policy activities that are under
way. We also have a smaller executive committee, which includes our provost
and other senior leadership, who sign off on any policy to make it final.

Hi All,

For those of you that have a policy oversight committee (with or without a
stand-alone policy office), would you be willing to share the makeup of your
committee? While we currently have an informal process here with a small group
that directs the policy administration process, we are looking for create a
more formal process with a fixed oversight committee.

Thanks!
