Good afternoon: North Dakota's legislature just passed an open conceal carry law that does not require carriers to obtain a permit. As I understand, there are a handful of states with similar laws. If your state is in a similar situation, how does your institution address this in policy? (Note: North Dakotans in general are strong supporters of the Second Amendment and any policy drafted must take this into consideration.)
