Hi Jen,
We have one in the works in the North Carolina legislature although it hasn't
passed yet. I'd be interested in keeping in touch on this issue depending on
how things play out.

Subject: [acupa-l] Conceal Carry/Firearms Policies

Good afternoon:

North Dakota's legislature just passed an open conceal carry law that does not
require carriers to obtain a permit. As I understand, there are a handful of
states with similar laws. If your state is in a similar situation, how does
your institution address this in policy? (Note: North Dakotans in general are
strong supporters of the Second Amendment and any policy drafted must take this
into consideration.)

I look forward to your response.

JEN
