Hi all,

Does your institution have a policy or guidance around students using
crowdfunding (www.experiement.com<http://www.experiement.com>, etc.) to fund
dissertation research? I'm also interested in any general policies/guidance
around crowdfunding institutional/University research whether for
student/staff/faculty.

For those that do, I'm particularly interested in how/if policies/guidance
address potential COI, use of institutional resources including facilities,
institution name/logo, etc., and any overlap with development policies for gift
reporting.

I did find this from Stanford which was a helpful first step:
https://doresearch.stanford.edu/sites/default/files/documents/crowdfunding-for-stanford-research.pdf

Thanks all,
T
