Hi,
The unauthorized visitation or hanging around would be considered
trespassing or loitering, particularly if the person failed to leave after
being asked to leave.  This is a university ordinance authorizing the
police to act; the ordinance is in policy:

I would also ask that if employees appear in unscheduled work hours, I
treat that as "red flag" behavior and start a review.  Every situation I've
encountered like that indicated more deep-rooted issues.  We've started a
"Behavioral Concerns" committee on campus consisting of police and
counselors, and Student Affairs or Human Resources as appropriate,  and
they confidentially review any reported situations.
