Hi Mark, We do not have a separate gift policy for foundations. Our overall policy covers the UNC Chapel Hill Foundation as well as "Associated Entities" which would also include other foundations established by the University (Arts and Sciences Foundation, School of Law Foundation, etc.): http://policies.unc.edu/policies/gift-acceptance-2/ Hope this helps, Tinu
