Meredith, Our board of trustees membership is outlined in state statute and doesn't contain any faculty or staff members. We have two employee advisory committees, which are outlined in the policies below. Academic advisory boards would be governed by the college, school, or department, but are typically made up of alumni, and, of course, the faculty senate has its own bylaws.
* Administrative and Professional Staff Advisory Committee (V.B.2)<http://www.purdue.edu/policies/governance/vb2.html> * Clerical and Service Staff Advisory Committee (VPBS 97)<http://www.purdue.edu/policies/governance/vpbs97.html> Hope this is what you were looking for.
