Hi Meredith, ODU does not have a policy that speaks to employee members to our Foundation boards and Board of Visitors, however, our Board of Visitors does not have faculty, employee or student members (though we have faculty and student representatives to our standing committees). The only employees who serve on our Educational, Athletic and Real Estate Foundation Boards are the president (as an ex-officio member), and the Vice President for University Advancement (who serves as the Executive Director of all three foundations.)
