Hi Jennifer,
We only provide archives upon request.  We didn't want our customers
walking around with old policy versions.  Even on our current versions, if
they print a copy, we have a statement that said  "This was printed on
XX/XX/XXXX.  Please go to the Policy Library for the most recent version."
