Hi Michael,
Sorry for not being clear.

I need a Security Group.  I did it now.

I created a security group  and added the SPN of the Group in registry to
give read permissions on eventlogs.. Plan is to move the user groups to
SecurityGroup for access.

If there is a better way., please let me know..
