I know AppSense can do redirection of temporary files to network locations
(you have to fudge it by setting self-healing Registry keys on the client),
but as the guys have mentioned, some proprietary software would be best. I
use WebSense and it kicks ass, it has successfully exposed our CEO's dwarf
porn fetish :-)
