Sounds relatively easy then.  If I were you I'd create a new scope on your
DHCP server with:

192.168.0.0 - 192.168.3.255

255.255.252.0


This will give you 1,022 possible addresses.


Deactivate your active scope, then activate the new one.  Clients will renew
automagically, and you'll have the addition room to breathe.
