I don't know what it does, but 'maven-faces-plugin' sounds like it's useful for any project using JSF and building with Maven 2. If that's true, then I'd keep the name. If it's something just for Trinidad, then I'd change it. (Probably to 'trinidad-maven-plugin', though.)
Trinidad has a bunch of Maven plugins; this one is (at least potentially) applicable outside of Trinidad. -- Adam --
