xmlns:af="http://myfaces.apache.org/adf/faces/core"

from:
http://myfaces.apache.org/adf/faces
http://myfaces.apache.org/adf/faces/html
to:
http://myfaces.apache.org/trinidad
http://myfaces.apache.org/trinidad/html

Same for (metadata) files which contain
xmlns:mafp="http://myfaces.apache.org/maven-trinidad-plugin"
