Yes, that's old code that should have been changed to "
http://myfaces.apache.org/adf/faces"; at some point and now I guess it should
be "http://myfaces.apache.org/trinidad";.

Regarding "af" and "ah": I'd prefer either "td" and "tdh" or "tri" and
"trih".  The "tri" would correspond with the skinning prefix "-tri-"
recommendation to replace "-ora-".  :-)
