Also, I'd go ahead and make this a more generic page rather than restricting this to Trinidad. It's probably true for all of the apache projects, and perhaps getting it on the main apache wiki (with links from Trinidad, MyFaces, etc) would be helpful! There have been a number of times when I've resolved a JIRA issue and wished I could point someone to such a document (as well as to a document on how open source work gets done -- ie, by those who need it done most).
