Right Mike. That particular page I created b/c of the Trinidad coding
conventions, which are not same for each ASF / Incubator project.
A *generic* page would be great; I'll write a summary of this thread
and post it to the wiki for a public review. Not now, but tonight.
It's probably true for all of the apache projects, and perhaps getting
it on the main apache wiki (with links from Trinidad, MyFaces, etc)
would be helpful!

There have been a number of times when I've resolved a JIRA issue and
wished I could point someone to such a document (as well as to a
document on how open source work gets done -- ie, by those who need it
done most).
