KEADILAN SAMBUT ANWAR DI KLIA
Parti Keadilan Rakyat membuat keputusan menggalakkan anggotanya berkumpul
sebelum jam 9.30 pagi 31hb Oktober 2004 untuk menyambut kepulangan Anwar
Ibrahim, selepas menunaikan umrah di Mekkah dan pembedahannya di Munich.
Dalam mesyuarat pada petang 27 Oktober, Biro Polititik Keadilan menegaskan
semula keputusan yang dibuatnya sebelum itu pada 24hb Oktober, untuk
menggalak setiap Bahagian menghantar seberapa ramai yang boleh ke KLIA.
Sehubungan ini, Setiausaha Agung telah menghantar arahan kepada semua
Bahagian.
Biro Politik juga memutuskan bahawa penokong-penyokong parti dan Amwar boleh
memilih sama hendak sama-sama berkumpul di KLIA atau tidak, sungguhpun Parti
mengalu-alukan mereka datang ke KLIA.
Mesyuarat Biro merakamkan kenyataan Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Sambutan, Datuk
Kamarul, yang menyampaikan nasihat Anwar bahawa tidak perlu ada himpunan di
KLIA untuk menyambutnya. Kami percaya Anwar tidak mahu menyusahkan rakyat
pergi ke KLIA pagi-pagi lagi, terutama sekali dalam bulan puasa.
Kami juga menggalakkan para anggota dan penyokong berkumpul sebelah petang
di Masjid Bukit Damansara berdekatan rumah Anwar, untuk berbuka puasa, yang
dianjur oleh Jawatankuasa Sambutan, dan solat. Kami mengucapkan terima
kasih kepada jawatankuasa tersebut, yang akan bekerjasama dengan Keselamatan
KLIA dan polis untuk memastikan sambutan di KLIA dan Damansara berjalan
dengan aman.

KEADILAN TO WELCOME ANWAR AT KLIA
Parti Keadian Rakyat has decided to encourage its members to gather at the
KLIA before 9.30 a.m. on 31st October 2004 to celebrate the return of Anwar
Ibrahim, after performing �Umrah� in Mekkah following his back operation in
Munich.
In a meeting on 27th October evening, the Political Bureau of Keadilan
Rakyat reaffirmed its earlier decision made on 24th October to encourage
every division of the party to send as many members as possible to the
airport. After the earlier decision, the Secretary General of the Party has
already sent directives to all these divisions.

The Political Bureau also decided that other supporters of the party and
Anwar may chose to be at KLIA in the morning or otherwise, although the
party would most welcome them to go to KLIA.
The Bureau noted a statement made by the Reception Committee chairman, Datuk
Kamarul, that Anwar has advised through him it is not necessary to gather at
KLIA. We believe Anwar does not want to inconvenience his supporters to go
so early to the airport especially during the fasting month.
We encourage members and supporters to go in the evening to the mosque at
Bukit Damansara, near Anwar�s home, for break fast organized by the
Reception Committee, and prayers. We also thank Datuk Kamarul for assuring
that his committee will cooperate with the KLIA security and the police to
ensure a peaceful gathering at the airport and Damansara.
