Hereby attached cases of high court Nagpur for your ready reference as
to get more legal information relate to kosti / halba issue. Some people
wrongly interpret law to provide benefit for those who offer luxury and
huge money to them. Kosti people collected and contributed thousands of
rupees (Rs five thousand from every employee 10 thousnd frm class one) for
court matters. As to manage Advocates and Judiciary. In Nov 2012 Justice
Gavai had a chance to protect bogus. Just Dharmadhikari taken different
view, not to protect who obtain service on forge caste certificate of
tribes. SEE THE CONTRADICTION of opinion of judges on reservation policy.
