isn't OLS a little on the hard-core tech side for many/most LUG members? i
know that in our local LUG, most of the talks and topics presented at OLS
would be right over the head and outside of the sphere of interest of most of
our members.

perhaps a more user-level con might appeal to a larger audience. perhaps OLS
could be extended beyond it current hacker core and a parallel track of
events that would appeal and be enjoyed by more linux enthusiasts would be
good.
