I've just encountered a new problem. I got a disk with my copy of Premiere that has
little .MOV files to use as background video. They are 320 x 240. Initially, when I
imported them into a project, they previewed okay, except that I would have to scale
them up to larger size. Now that my project is almost done, those same .MOV files are
showing up with something similar to a strobe effect. If I scrub over them slowly, I
can see that almost every other frame is white. I tried rendering them first, but that
didn't help. Are Quicktime .MOV files just not compatible with Premiere? (I'm using
PPro.)

I also tried importing those same files into a new project just for testing purposes,
and set my project settings to quicktime, but that didn't work either. I'm at a loss
as to how to use these files. They are some decent effects for backgrounds, and since
Adobe gave them to me with Premiere, I assumed they should work, but no dice.
Thanks for any help.
