geez i should've read that first, but i give my 2 cents like 
charity...anyway i don't know if this would change things but if you 
take a look at the prem60.ini file there are a couple of lines that 
say exclude codec and one of the ones listed is mjpeg. would removing 
it from that list enable it's playback and editability(is that a 
word?)
