alright then, will an anolog video camera work well? i can get the video onto dvd, then extract the video out of it on my computer. what i mean by anolog video camera is the ones that use those tiny tapes.

May I suggest that you look closely at your camera and tell us the FORMAT of those "tiny tapes" so that we can figure out for ourselves if it is analog or digital.
