Hi Sune,
What you were seeing was the motion between interlaced fields which only
displays properly on a TV or a TV monitor.
   For PC and web display you always have to de-interlace to get rid of the
"combing" effect caused by this interlacing which is most noticeable on
moving objects.
   Ideally you should also adjust the pixel aspect ratio - TV pixels are
rectangular while PC pixels are square. If you look carefully you'll see
that you videos display slighly squashed or stretched in either the vertical
or horizontal direction, depending on whether you're working in Pal or NTSC.
(You'll see this only outside of Premiere which automatically compensates).
   Last complication is that TV's and PC's have different gamma settings
(contrast range in the mid-tones) which means that video will look duller
and less bright on a PC screen - you need to lift the gamma to make it look
right on a PC. (again, more noticeable outside of Premiere)
There's lots of info if you do a search on the well known web search engines
using the above key-words.
Regards
Wes D.
