Yes, I am using a computer monitor because I am trying to create a video project that will be displayed on a webpage. ---Doesnt matter because NTSC or PAL looks like utter crap on a computer monitor and you cannot expect to use it as a tool to judge the quality and/or colorimetry of your project's video file. If you want to see what the video really looks like you will need to view it on a VIDEO monitor. This is especially important if you need to use a critical eye for the editing process. If you dont have a TV-out port on your graphics card, time to get one that does have TV-out. S-video works better than composite and is recommended for use when you choose a monitor. Calibrate the monitor for broadcast specs using NTSC bars before using it to view your video files. Anything you see on your computer monitor is a "facsimile" of the actual NTSC signal and cannot be fully trusted. JeffH Ch.S. ---------- No virus found in this outgoing message.
