I thought it was well done. My constructive comments would be for you to
take a look at how you could tighten it up; get rid of superfluous
material to make it shorter, stick to what is absolutely needed to tell
the story.
We are impatient people these days; I am surprised how often Saturday
Night Live gets away with beating a joke to death,
Number two do some thinking about who your target really is.
I think this is important because if the audience's attention is
directed to what I think is the wrong target, HMO's rather than the
medical/health profession; your message is less clear.
 Without getting into the politics of it all, this situation to my mind
could happen in any country HMO or not.
When you focus on the health industry rather than HMO's you also broaden
the scope and make it less USA centric...anyhow thanks for sharing..it
inspires me to do a bit more than sit on my fat ass...
