My Dear Watson,
You say NTSC but is it really NTSC or a CODEC? Hmm
Me thinks that you have a codec problem...but

What OpSys are you using? [WIndows? Mac?)
Did you capture the video? How and what with
did you capture it.
How did you import it? What type of media is it?
What is the file's extension? etc. The ambiguity
of the situation leaves me little to deduce!

Oh I could go on for hours Watson, but I need
more information, be specific...until then, tea, one
lump or two?

Regards (all in good fun)
Mike
