I have been told that in no case should you EVER mix FAT and NTFS. They will
corrupt each other within a period of time. The accent is on PERIOD OF TIME.
This came up when I started converting to NT5 (Win2000 Pro) and I was given
the opportunity to use NTFS.
Also add more RAM!
Even with my ancient machine and using Premiere 6.0 and Win ME or NT5 I have
over 1.2G.
