----Not sure what you mean, but there is only ONE standard for "DVD-video"
(the book standard name for the format),
and that is MPEG-2, 15 picture GOP, with either a Constant or Variable Bit
Rate. The bit rate seldom exceeds 10000 kbps on commercially PRESSED DVD's
and its not advisable to go past 8000 for burned discs.
