If PP can't find the timecode, it's possible that you don't have enough 
pre-roll on your footage.  Are you cueing right up to the start of each 
clip, or are you allowing at least 5 seconds after the clip starts 
before setting your in point?  Also, is your timecode continuous, or are 
there gaps between the end of one scene and the beginning of the next. 
I've found that you must have 5-7 seconds of continuous timecode on your 
pre-roll before Premiere can capture correctly.
