Yes, in Premiere Pro. Just right-click in the title window and add a
"Logo." Or, just put the picture on one track of the timeline and the
title in another track above the picture. You can also make a rolling
title or a crawl in the Premiere Pro titler by selecting Roll or Title
in the drop-down menu at the top-left of the Titler window.
