This one will take some work and a little bit of screen real estate. Unfortunately, I don't think you can do this auto-magically, so you'll need to do it manually. What I would do is open the project, then open a word processor window, or a spreadsheet, whatever you like. Then, just move the pointer on the timeline to all the clip times, click on the time in the monitor window, press CTRL-C to copy that time to your clipboard, go to the spreadsheet, go to the cell where you want the times and press CTRL-V to paste it in. Since it sounds like you're not really looking for an EDL, I don't think using that tool will provide you with the information that you're looking for. But, if you've got PPro 1.0 or later, you could try exporting an EDL and see if that will satisfy your needs.
