I guess that is my case, Im using ATI Radeon 9200, and if i check my display
settings, there is a secondary plug and play monitor and if I check my drivers,
there is a secondary driver indicated. sometimes if i disable the secondary
driver, print to video works...but not all the time, i have to display both the
primary and secondary drivers. BUt i dont use dual monitor.

with some of our dual monitors. If
the monitor window is in the secondary display window, i.e. Display 2,
then any Premiere Pro monitors will not show up. But, as soon as they
are moved to the primary display window, the monitors show up. Does
this sound like what's happening to you?
