Hey guys,

Love all the blurbs in here and learn a lot from you guys. I was in a
conversation this week about computer systems. I have an Alienware
system custom built for editing using Matrox RT X.100 and 2 SATA
drives. His response was animated and loud, saying that SATA is junk
and you should only be using SCSI drives for video. Is this true? Or
does it not matter for editing, but makes a real difference in showing
video on a computer? Just wondering.

Tom
