Hi All: To put our collective moneys where are mouths seem so readily to be, I propose that I 'd be willing to open an account in the name of The Red Cross at my local bank into which members of this list could use Pay Pal to donate. I would expect it to be open for several years. I would expect members to budget an amount that they could give on a monthly basis. This would I hope be in addition to what you may do privately. A check would be sent monthly to The Red Cross.
