Hi- I'm working on a DVD project with a client in Norway and I live in the US. What settings do I need to digitize and then export to mpeg? I assume somewhere I need to convert it to PAL- the footage is being captured from a DVD and I'll probably just do an analog capture. I don't know if I need to set it up as a PAL in the project settings or not until I export??
