I suppose you could, although I don't know why you'd want to, since Premiere will rebuild all those files if you reload the project. But, since you insist, here's what I would do in your case. Use Project Manager to save and crunch everything, then use a CD burn program, such as Nero or Roxio, select all the files you just crunched in your new folder to be burned, then select the Preview and Conformed Audio Folders, and copy those folders in their entirety to the CD. This will maintain the folder name relationship that Premiere relies on.
