Your English is fine. No worries. "Normal," no problem. Still, if PI
doesn't give you options to export in various ways enabling the alpha
channel, it is crippled in a sense. I'd bet it can be done if you find
the correct way to do it.
One more possibility to merge tracks exists in PPro, and that is to use
an effect that enables tracks to composite together based on typical
layer compositing modes found in Photoshop (normal, multiply, screen,
overlay, color burn, difference etc). In my Matrox RT.X100 version of
PPro1.5, that may be an effect that doesn't exist in the standalone
Adobe version. The effect is called "Calculations". In After Effects,
these are called Blending Modes. One of those modes is likely to allow
video from a lower layer to become visible through the black areas of
your PI avi. Compositing this way will not be as nice as getting the
alpha channel in your avi, but you may find some success with it. I'm
assuming you have After Effects as part of the Adobe Video Collection?

JOHN:
The term "normal" was only use to differentiate it from the alpha
channel (and maybe the fact that I'm from Denmark, so my english
isn't that got, and I wasn't able to find a better word). It does
seem that particleIllusion hasn't got very good export options, but
otherwise it's a very nice app, which I'm very happy to have found,
so I would be very happy to find a solution to my problem.
If Premiere isn't able to "merge" the two seperate .avi files
("normal" and alpha channel) particleIllusion is able to create,
does anybody know of another app which is able to do this?
