It is Pentium D, not Pentium 4.

Seriously, though, yes it is a good machine for Premiere. A lot 
depends on the graphics card you have (I'm going to have an ATI X600 
Pro PCIe card in mine), but that dual core processor will make a big 
difference. Make sure you have plenty of memory too, and you will love 
this PC. I work in the DVD team for a major studio, and we have a 
bunch of these machines dedicated to creating the menus for our DVDs - 
that's why I decided to get one for myself.
