Tim,
To add to that, I cannot remember if you are using any kind of compression.
I just this morning compiled a 4:15 (far shorter than 96:00 that you are doing)
video into AVI uncompressed format and it was 7.44gb. Even if I could get it
down to 6gb, an uncompressed AVI video would be a whopping 552gb. If you have
"lots more" than that, than it is an issue other than storage. But I tend to
believe it is a hard drive space issue. Just my two cents.

Tim,
When you say that you are starting out with LOTS of space, how much is
'lots'?
How much space do you expect your 96 minute movie to occupy and how much
does it occupy when the disc full error stops the save?

Subject: Trouble saving project as avi file
While saving my 96 minute movie to an avi file, my computer keeps
having a 'disk full' error half way through the save. I'm starting
out LOTS of available space. What is going wrong?
